Welcome to the Financial Circus

We like Canada. We love Canada. We’ve got friends, family, and roots here. But holy hell, this place is being run like a flaming clown car on square wheels.

While you’re tightening your belt at the grocery store, Mark Carney and the Liberal gang are tossing your money around like confetti at a frat party, without a budget. Dollar-for-dollar tariffs? Gone. Digital tax? Scrapped. Trade deal? Still MIA. And as if that wasn’t enough of a gut-punch, now they’re carving up the public service like it’s Sunday roast.

Meanwhile, the Liberals? They’re off sipping sangria, coasting through their summer break while the country bleeds. Welcome to the new Canada, where the elites drink wine, and the rest of us drink tap water and lies.

The Trade Deal That Never Was

Let’s rewind. Carney swaggered in with bold talk about “standing up to Donald Trump.” Tariffs? He promised to match them, dollar for dollar. That was the sales pitch. That was the campaign trail fire.

What did he deliver?

A steaming pile of nothing.

Mark Carney’s promise of dollar-for-dollar tariffs was a lie

All the countries that got slapped with U.S. tariffs after Canada? They managed to work out deals. Real, binding agreements. But here we are, still standing on the dock, holding an empty briefcase, pretending it’s full of trade wins.

Dollar-for-dollar? More like sold-for-pennies. Carney folded like a cheap lawn chair. He even scrapped the Digital Services Tax (DST), a revenue tool we desperately needed, before getting a deal in return. His elbows were never up. They were always down, reaching for the white flag.

Public Service? More Like Public Target

Now let’s talk about the real gut punch: the cuts. Massive cuts. Sweeping cuts. And worst of all, cuts he swore would never happen.

Remember that? Carney looked straight into the eyes of public service workers and promised: “No job losses. No layoffs.” He said it with that banker’s smirk and rehearsed polish.

Fast forward to now? The public service union is sounding every alarm in the building. People are being axed. Positions slashed. Morale is in freefall.

And here’s the kicker, the very same unions that fought tooth and nail to stop Pierre Poilievre from getting elected are now being gutted by the man they supported. Pierre said it plainly: job reduction through attrition. No mass layoffs. But Carney? He’s walking in with a pink-slip printer and a smug grin.

The guy who couldn’t fight Trump is now fighting Canadian workers.

The Budget That Doesn’t Exist

Mark Carney blows through half a trillion dollars with zero accountability and no budget

In what other job can you blow through half a trillion dollars with zero accountability and still get a paid vacation?

Carney tabled almost $500 billion in spending with little to no detail. No fiscal plan. No roadmap. No transparency. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the Liberals waved it through like it was a Costco receipt.

$130 billion in spending, authorized with the flick of a pen. No debate. No discussion. No explanation. You, your kids, and your grandkids are now on the hook for this Liberal spending spree. And for what? A few vague bullet points and broken promises.

They didn’t even bother putting forward a balanced budget timeline. Nothing. Zip. Nada. The finance minister packed up his spreadsheets and hit the beach.

Meanwhile, at Liberal Summer Camp…

While Canadians sweat over their bills, Liberal MPs are soaking up sun and rosé. They’ve checked out. Poof. Gone. No emergency session. No accountability. No answers.

Carney didn’t just disappear; he evaporated. Like a magician pulling a vanishing act with your tax dollars. No press briefings. No damage control. The guy lit the budget on fire, then left you the bill and a note that says “see ya in September.”

Carney’s Great G7 Flop

Remember the sales pitch?

Stand up to Trump. Create jobs. Cut taxes. Build the fastest-growing economy in the G7.

Reality check: he’s failing on every single front.

There is no job boom. There are public service cuts.
There are no tax cuts (*). There are rising costs.
There is no economic surge. There is stagnation, debt, and desperation.

He didn’t build the fastest-growing economy in the G7. He torched the middle class and left you with inflation, renamed and rebranded carbon taxes, and the privilege of working harder to have less.

Fireworks and Fake Wins

Here’s the Liberal playbook in 2025: light the taxpayer’s wallet on fire, call it a celebration, and hope you’re too distracted to notice.

That’s what this is. Political fireworks. Carney tossing billions into the flames like it’s some patriotic bonfire. But the only thing exploding is the national debt. The only people cheering are those who never pay the bill.

The rest of us? We’re sitting here trying to figure out how we got conned again.

A Country Run by Bankers and Bull

Mark Carney isn’t a public servant. He’s a banker in a politician’s costume. He talks big, spends big, and delivers less than nothing. He’s leading Canada like it’s his hedge fund, high risk, low return, and someone else always eats the loss.

He wasn’t elected. He wasn’t asked for. But here he is, running the show with zero mandate and full power. Nobody voted for him to be Liberal Party Leader. Yet he’s signing the cheques, firing the workers, and erasing the budget like it’s a whiteboard at a retreat.

The Real Problem? It’s You

Carney doesn’t see you as a citizen. He sees you as an obstacle. A line item. A number to be taxed, monitored, and shuffled. If you raise your voice, you’re the problem. If you want transparency, you’re radicalized. If you expect a trade deal, a budget, or even a plan, well, sorry pal, that’s not how the Liberal game works anymore.

This isn’t leadership. This is looting.

And unless Canadians speak up, it won’t stop. The circus will roll on, the debt will keep rising, and your wallet will keep shrinking.

Time to Turn the Volume Up

Canadians speaking up

So here we are.

No trade deal. No budget. No leadership.

What we do have is a country being run into the ground by unelected bankers, coddled elites, and an out-of-touch party that thinks a vacation matters more than your future.

Mark Carney isn’t leading. He’s looting. And the longer we stay quiet, the worse it gets.

Canada is being very, very poorly led. And it’s time we took the wheel back.
