Terrible Web Hosting Experience

Web Hosting Hub? More Like Web Host Dud.
It’s just my luck that I end up hosting my WordPress Blog with a web host that is terrible. Yes, they have all the bells and whistles but what good are all those features if you can’t show them off because the site takes forever to load, and that it’s so slow that people will just click away?

I’ve Made A Huge Mistake!
The only reason that I didn’t bother doing any research and just purchased the hosting plan is that I had already used them about ten years ago and back then they were actually pretty good. I actually had a good experience with them.
So 10 years later I see that they still have a good starting price storage and bandwidth packages available, I figured, “It’s been 10 years and they’re still around and technology had advanced a lot in hosting technologies. They could only have gotten better right?”
!!!WRONG!!!
In just 5 days of having their service, I have had to contact technical support the same number of days because I am constantly unable to connect, or the website is just taking way too long to load.
You did NOT just say that!
When I was on the latest chat session with their technical support department because my site was extremely slow again, so slow that it was taking up to 10 minutes or more to connect and even see a page load, the “so-called” technical support agent did the regular run-around banter that I got from all the previous agents, but this person goes, “I notice that you have a lot of Links (backlinks) to your domain.“
I nearly lost my frigging mind! I told him that if having a lot of traffic from outside referrers is going to be a problem then I’ll have to be packing up and go to another host. Because what’s the point of a website if you can’t have any traffic to it? If I wanted an f’n diary, I’d have an actual book and pencil to write in.
Update: August 4th, 2022.
OK, I sent in another complaint about the service taking forever to connect and also how it is extremely slow loading any page when it actually finally connects.
Their response, is they say it’s because of a video from the post Bad Drivers that is causing the entire website to be slow.
So the fact it takes up to a full minute to even connect to my WordPress dashboard and an additional 30-60 seconds to load the dashboard is because of a video that isn’t even on the page being loaded? Make sense to you? No, me neither.
I think it’s time to start looking for a new Hosting Platform. It’s clear to me I’m getting the run around just so they may drag this out past the 90-day guarantee.
Who Really Has The Best Hosting Service?

So, who actually has the best hosting service right now? If you know that answer, please, by all means, comment below, I genuinely want to know.
I have my eyes on Dreamhost right now because I noticed another blogger who is also using a lot of WordPress plugins on their blog uses Dreamhost. Pirate’s Cove actually uses more plugins than I do and their site loads lightning fast. So fast that it makes this one look like it is on a Dial-up server.
Where do I go from here?

So I’m on the fence right now as to what to do. Do I give Web Hosting Hub the opportunity to fix things, or do I bite the bullet and go through the whole process of moving to another hosting provider? I really don’t want to go through all that again, to be honest.
I’m looking for a good price, unlimited bandwidth and storage, c-panel, email, at least 99% uptime, and of course Fast Speeds.
Post a comment below if you have any recommendations.
UPDATE!
Finally, I got a tech who knows what he’s doing.
They moved my site to another server and it actually made things a bit faster. Not as fast as it should be, I’m still getting poor site stats on server reliability.
I have way too much going on in my life right now otherwise I would still be switching hosts. I guess I’ll have to wait this out for now.
