What’s Hot Right Now For TV Shows?

Lots Of TV Shows To Watch!
So many TV Shows to watch and so very little time to watch them all. Am I right? Of course, I am and that’s my opinion and you’re entitled to it.
Where to begin? I am a huge fan of Sci-Fi and just one reality TV show called Survivor. I also enjoy comedy and thriller shows. Not a fan of romance and drama, they just bore me to sleep. Sorry ladies, I’m not a romantic guy. It’s gotta be action or it’s not for me.
Below are just 5 of many that I am currently watching and strongly recommend.
The Sandman.

Just started watching this TV Show on Netflix’ The Sand Man yesterday and the first episode was pretty damn good. Episode one gets you familiar with the characters and draws you in as it progresses. I hope the rest of the season is just as good and judging by the critic’s reviews, I won’t be disappointed.
What it is about is the Sandman, aka Dream, the cosmic being who controls all dreams, is captured and held prisoner for more than a century, he must journey across different worlds and timelines to fix the chaos his absence has caused.
The Sandman is a mythical character in European folklore who puts people to sleep and encourages and inspires beautiful dreams by sprinkling magical sand onto their eyes. But when he was captured he was unable to do this for centuries and now has to fix all the problems that occurred while he was imprisoned.
It’s a definite TV Show to watch I believe.
Genre: Fantasy drama; Supernatural horror; Superhero
Only Murders In The Building

I’m in the second season of this TV Show that’s on Hulu. When you put Martin Short And Steve Martin together you’re bound to have the great comedy duo do their thing and that is to make you laugh your butt off.
Only Murders In The Building is about three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one. When a grisly death occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspects murder and employs their precise knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth. Perhaps even more explosive are the lies they tell one another. Soon, the endangered trio comes to realize a killer might be living among them as they race to decipher the mounting clues before it’s too late.
I’m still hooked on the show now mid-season of season 2. If you’re not watching this TV Show then you’re missing out on a ton of laughs.
Genre: Comedy; Mystery
Better Call Saul

Now in its 6th and final season the TV Show Better Call Saul is a great show to live on after Breaking Bad ended its series way back many moons ago.
He wasn’t always Saul Goodman, ace attorney for chemist-turned-meth dealer Walter White. Six years before he begins to represent Albuquerque’s most notorious criminal, Goodman is Jimmy McGill, a small-time attorney hustling to make a name for himself. He’s a forceful champion for his low-income clients, an underdog whose morals and ambitions often clash. Jimmy works with private eye Mike Ehrmantraut, a former Philadelphia cop and recent transplant to the Southwest. Mike has a specialized skill set — he’s a “fixer” of sticky situations — that Jimmy soon learns to appreciate.
There are so many twists and turns that each show has its unique spin on the show, but stays within the narrative. If you haven’t bothered to watch this TV Show series, you have no taste in excellent television writing.
Genre: Crime drama; Legal drama; Black comedy; Tragedy
The Man Who Fell To Earth

I was on the fence about this TV Show. The Man Who Fell To Earth surprised me and I’m glad that I gave it a chance. I’m always in for a good Sci-Fi movie or TV Show.
What an awesome cast and story! An alien arrives on Earth at a turning point in human evolution and must learn what it means to become human, even as he fights for the survival of his species.
I hope there will be a season 2 coming out. I could really get into this show again if they do create another one.
Genre: Fantasy; Drama; Fantasy
The Orville

OH MY GOD! I Cannot get enough of this TV Show! Its latest season (Season 3) really hit it out of the park. The episodes were super long and action-packed and the comedy writing was too perfect, it should be outlawed.
The Orville is an American science fiction comedy-drama television series created by and starring Seth MacFarlane as series protagonist Ed Mercer, an officer in the Planetary Union’s line of exploratory space vessels in the 25th century.
Set 400 years in the future, finds the crew of the U.S.S. Orville continuing their mission of exploration, as they navigate both the mysteries of the universe and the complexities of their own interpersonal relationships.
There is no word on season 4 though and that has me worried. I can’t see them NOT creating a season 4 because the fan base is too huge to ignore.
Genre: Science fiction; Action-adventure; Comedy drama; Workplace comedy
Conclusion…
There are 5 of the many shows that I am watching. There is a heck of a lot more but this post would be way too long to write and unfortunately, I don’t have the time to write about them all let alone watch them all.
Post a comment below about your favorite TV Shows and maybe we can all start a discussion.
