International students are making demands from Canada?
Canada is seeing a huge wave of international students protesting right now because over 70,000 international students might face deportation due to some changes in federal policy. These students came here dreaming of a better life, but now they’re stuck in uncertainty. They’re not eligible for postgraduate work permits anymore and could be kicked out of the country. So, they’re protesting in big numbers against both provincial and federal governments to allow them to stay.

Last year, the P.E.I. government introduced new rules that only give permits to international students with qualifications in construction and healthcare. The truth is that Canada doesn’t really need more service workers, and even Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has said we have too many temporary residents. However, when a similar protest took place in Manitoba a few months ago, the federal government gave the international students a 2-year extension. Will the same thing happen again in P.E.I., or will the students have to head back home?
Some are protesting against failed exams and demanding that they be given passing grades. DEMANDING!? Can you believe that? They think they are entitled to get whatever they want. This kind of entitlement is exactly what Canadians are sick and tired of. You don’t waltz into someone’s home as a guest and start making demands; that’s just not how Canadian values work here.

“We need a reset… Audit all programs, fire bureaucrats, arrest scam artists, immigration lawyers, and real estate agents. The scam must be exposed fully!”, says one X user. And I have no doubt he’s absolutely right! These businesses are blatantly exploiting the system and stuffing their greedy pockets with cash. It’s a scandal that demands urgent investigation, and let’s not forget: all the immigrants with expired work visas, who have already completed their education, should be shipped back home immediately!
The rampant exploitation of student visas, notably by Indians using it as a workaround for work visas, is a cancer in Canada. Trudeau botched the system to such an extent that Canadians couldn’t even secure a spot in their own universities because international students could afford to pay more.

We owe them absolutely nothing. The blatant ingratitude and sheer obnoxiousness are off the charts. How much more can we take? Canada is spiralling into a Third World country!

International Students and Financial Self-Sufficiency in Canada
Financial Independence Requirement
When international students apply to study in Canada, they are typically required to demonstrate financial self-sufficiency. This means they must provide evidence that they have sufficient funds to cover their tuition fees, living expenses, and other related costs during their stay. This requirement is in place to ensure that students can support themselves without relying on government assistance or engaging in unauthorized employment.
Visa Conditions and Return to Home Country
A key condition of a Canadian study permit is that the student must return to their home country upon the expiration of their visa or when their studies are completed. This requirement is to ensure that the study permit is used solely for educational purposes and that the student’s stay in Canada is temporary.
Exceptions and Extensions
While the general rule is that international students must leave Canada when their study permit expires, there are some exceptions. In certain circumstances, students may be eligible for a work permit or a post-graduation work permit, allowing them to stay and gain work experience. However, these extensions are subject to specific criteria and require additional applications.
It’s important for international students to be aware of these conditions and to plan their studies accordingly. By understanding the financial requirements and visa conditions, students can ensure a smooth and successful experience in Canada.
These protests prove a point

The blatant ingratitude and sheer obnoxiousness are crystal-clear signs that they will never blend into Canadian culture or respect its laws. They aren’t even Canadians, yet they insist on staying here, defiantly rejecting Canadian values and seeking to obliterate them by imposing their own.
This clearly demonstrates that Canadians and these foreign cultures simply cannot mesh. It’s as futile as trying to mix fire and water. If they cherish their homelands and cultural roots so deeply, perhaps they should pack up and return to where they truly belong – it’s certainly not Canada.
Conclusion…

The demands and protests of these international students have ignited a heated discussion about entitlement, cultural assimilation, and the exploitation of immigration systems. Their actions raise important questions about the balance between upholding Canadian values and addressing the genuine aspirations of those who seek opportunities in Canada.
This contentious issue calls for a thorough examination of immigration policies and the treatment of international students, as it continues to stir emotions and prompt crucial conversations about the future of Canada’s immigration landscape.
