UPDATE: June 12, 2025
OK, it’s been 6 months since I first got this speaker, and to be honest, I really hate it. When I first got the Chatmaster Cube, I thought the idea was clever: Elexa and ChatGPT in one speaker—what could be better? Well, turns out a lot could be better. Just get rid of ChatGPT. Over these past 6 months, I’ve been battling with it. It randomly chimes in from another room about things it picks up from the TV in the living room.
It cuts into the news I’m listening to while cooking in the kitchen. It switches to listening mode while I’m already tuned into the news through Alexa, stopping the broadcast and forcing me to constantly mute and unmute the mic just to get Alexa to play the news station again.
This happens repeatedly, and it’s incredibly frustrating. After 6 months of using this speaker, I can’t recommend it. Not unless they fix the issue of it butting in on conversations without waiting for the wake word ‘SUNNY’ and cutting off my radio station at the worst times, usually when I’m actually interested.
Seriously, go get an Echo from Amazon instead; avoid this speaker unless they sort out these annoying glitches.
In a world where smart devices are becoming smarter and voices are getting sassier, the Chatmaster Cube is the world’s first Dual-AI speaker built with Alexa and ChatGPT, and it is here to take center stage. Imagine a speaker that not only fills your room with music but also with wit and conversation. If you’re tired of talking to your plants and would rather engage in conversations that don’t require chlorophyll, then this gadget might just be your new best friend.

Sound That Speaks Volumes… and Jokes!
First off, the sound quality of the ChatMaster Cube is impressive. It boasts crystal-clear audio that can make even your grandma’s old vinyl records sound as fresh as a morning breeze. But wait, it gets better. With the power of ChatGPT at its core, this speaker doesn’t just play music; it can engage you in lively banter! Need a playlist for your next dinner party? The ChatMaster Cube has got you covered—not just with music but with some cheeky commentary on your hosting skills.
I absolutely love that it connects with iHeart Radio—it’s like having my own personal DJ while I’m in the kitchen pretending to be a Michelin-star chef or engaging in a passionate battle with the dishes. Plus, it graciously serves up the weather forecast before I embark on my epic morning quest of taking the dogs outside, so I know whether to dress like an Arctic explorer or just rock a T-shirt!

A Conversationalist Like No Other
Let’s face it: sometimes, we overload our friends with our rants about the latest Netflix drama. Enter the ChatMaster Cube, the AI that’s always ready to listen and never judges. Want to discuss the philosophical implications of your favourite series? Fire away! The ChatMaster Cube can handle deep discussions, peppered with a few puns, of course. “Why did the robot cross the road? To optimize its route!”
Smart Enough to Be Silly
This AI speaker is not just a pretty face (or sound). It’s loaded with features that make it a smart addition to your home. Voice commands? Check. Home automation? Absolutely. Want it to dim the lights when you’re ready for a movie marathon? It’s on it! But let’s be honest, it might also throw in a comment like, “Are you really ready to commit to another three-hour epic?” The ChatMaster Cube understands the importance of comedy even in technological efficiency.
OH! After I posted the video above, I had an Eureka! moment—turns out Alexa can control my Govee LED Outdoor light strip! Now it’s shopping time on Amazon for more Alexa gadgets—because who doesn’t want to live in a house that’s smarter than them? Maybe I’ll grab a thermostat for the furnace too, so I can stay cozied up on the couch while yelling “Alexa, make it warmer!” instead of actually moving.
The Ultimate Companion for Any Occasion
From staying informed with the latest news (“Breaking news: you need to remind your cat to stop knocking over your potted plants!”) to recommending recipes that don’t burn down the kitchen, the ChatMaster Cube is your go-to audio assistant. Perfect for those moments when your favourite cooking show makes everything look easy—this gadget can provide all the motivation (and a sprinkle of sarcasm) you need to attempt that soufflé.
Conclusion: Is It Time to Upgrade Your Speaker?

So, if you’re looking for more than just another speaker that plays your playlist on repeat, the ChatMaster Cube might just be the companion you didn’t know you needed. Who knew that adding a bit of AI to your home could lead to better music, lively conversations, and a whole lot of laughs? As technology evolves, so should our entertainment—and with the ChatMaster Cube, it’s time to turn the volume up on both sound and silliness.
If you order using the offer below, you’ll receive 5% off your order!
You can also try Amazon if they have them available, but you won’t get the 5% off, though.

OK, it’s been almost a month since I posted this. The speakers is still very useful, but I did find that the ChatGPT can sometimes become a bit annoying because of it’s trigger word, “SUNNY” and that’s because there are so many words that can sometimes sound like the word, “sunny.” And that being said, SUNNY can sometime jump into a conversation you weren’t having with it because it hear you say something similar to the word, sunny.
It will often come on while we’re watching TV and that has been the biggest pain in the ass. Making us yelling at it from the living room, “SUNNY! SUNNY! SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!” Later on discovered that if you call Alexa, it will sometime turn it off.
So if the developers are reading this, please change the trigger word from SUNNY to something that’s not as common. Like Seri, Alexa, Orcana, or ZORO.

It seems Jetpack COmments is causing errors. So I disabled it.
Jetpack is getting bad. If you’re not paying them, it won’t work.
