Watch These Strange Animals?

This is a video of a Rat and a Pigeon being the strange animals that they are. Not sure what’s going on, but just watch and see for yourself.

Can somebody please tell me what the heck it was I just saw? Is that Rat gonna try and eat the bird? Do Rats even do that? I suppose now that I think about it, they pretty much eat anything. But a Live Bird though? I could see it if the bird wasn’t alive and the rat ate the thing, but this Rat is crazy! A serial bird killer maybe? Maybe his photo should be on a post-office wall.

I honestly don’t know what to think. My opinion that you are entitled to, is that I think the rat is a serial bird killer and people should be keeping an eye open for it.
